The End of the Year

Because Blaine and Michelle didn't feel excited about driving up here after Christmas this year, we went over to see them instead. Here are the highlights of our week there.A beautiful princess greeted us.
Can you feel the love?
A beautiful mommy and four month old Evie.

The kids opened their Christmas gift from us.
Blow up building blocks.
It was quite a project getting the first "hut"built.
Grant sent gifts for the whole family...cars for the boys.
More building efforts.

A princess in her castle.

Blaine thinks Evie looks like a Who from Whoville with her hair like this.

Kimberley's favorite gift from Grant was a Toy Story game of Bingo.
Ollie watching TV.

Evie is a very happy and good-natured baby.

All week long the building process took place.
They made and remade igloos and huts.

Even Mommy got in on the fun. I like this picture because her grin reminds me of how she looked when she was a little girl.

For Kimbereley's birthday we all went to Chuck E. Cheese.
Kimberley got a head start on the fun while the pizza was being ordered.

Back at the house we had cake and opened presents.

Grandad and I gave Kimberley art supplies for her birthday.
She loves to paint and color pictures.
Here we are getting ready to leave for home.

It was a great trip and, as usual, had fun with our grandkids.
