Keeping up with the Joneses

On Monday, I drove my mother over to Colorado to visit her brother, Raymond, who is having some major health problems.

Here are a few pictures from that trip.

He is 3 months older than me. It must have been a pretty rough 3 months!!

My Uncle Raymond used to be one of southern Colorado's best dairy farmers. It is so sad for me to see him in such poor health.

It doesn't surprise me too much that I didn't get a picture of Betty. She is constantly on the move.
We are really glad that we were able to go and have such a nice visit. We love our Colorado relatives and don't get to see them nearly enough.

There is absolutely no reason for this post except that I knew these cute pictures of cats would make your day, they sure did mine. If I had a camera set up on your computer, I could take a picture of your smile right now.

I'm celebrating, big time. I just found out that Michelle and kids will be coming to live with us for a while, until their house in AZ sells. Now that Grant is living at home after his divorce, we will have ALL of our kids living here. (except Blaine, who will be in Denver setting up a new business). I just want to jump for joy!!
