Happy Fourth of July

Saturday through Monday we went on a little road trip to the north. Our first stop was Tony Grove Lake. It was beautiful and we had a little picnic.

On the drive we saw many yellow wild flowers.

Our next stop was Bear Lake. Here is a view from the overlook.

The Malones showed us that the best thing in Bear Lake is the raspberry shakes.

We spent the night in Montpelier Idaho, went to church there, then we drove to Jackson Hole. We went on a long walk up to a lake. The walk was the prettiest I've ever seen. Everything was soooooo very green.

The walk took us along side a river.

This was the most beautiful lake I've ever seen. It was quite perfect. It is called Phelps Lake.

The next day the guys went for a drive while Corinne and I shopped downtown Jackson. We didn't buy much but we had fun looking.
We ate lunch with the guys before we left to drive home.

It was a pretty perfect weekend.
