My 60th birthday

We got to go to St. George and Las Vegas for my birthday. Corinne's birthday is 3 days after mine, so it was a celebration for both of us. Here are the birthday girls in front of Corinne and Kevin's St. George condo. We got up and drove to Vegas on Saturday. Ken and I hadn't been to any of the newest hotels, so we spent the day exploring the Paris Hotel, The Venecian Hotel and the Bellagio Hotel.
Once inside the Paris Hotel it was like being outside on a Paris street.

It was so cute. Like Disneyland for grown ups.

We had to eat!
Of course, no one forced us to eat French pastry. But we did anyway.
This is an amazing glass ceiling.
The Eiffel Tower outside wasn't nearly as big as the real one, but pretty cool, anyway,

This is inside the Venecian Hotel. Just like Paris, only it's Venice.

Sorry, Kevin, you look like a dork. Sorry.

I had to try the chocolate gelato.
Inside the Bellagio it wasn't like being in a city, but they had other fun things to see.
One room had umbrellas and another had glass flowers on the ceiling.

We ate dinner here and this was the view from our table.

The main reason we went to Vegas was so that Corinne and I could go to the Donny and Marie show for our birthdays.

The show was great!! Super funny and they are still amazing performers.
When the show was over, they walked across the tables to say goodbye. Donny actually reached down and shook my hand. Pretty cool.
The next day we visited historic sights in St. George.
This is Brigham Young's winter home.
We had a great weekend. We didn't want it to end.
